From the Administrator’s Desk:

The New Year is here! Our Christmas Party was supported by the cooks from Camarillo Lodge, Wayne Scott and his crew, who cooked our Prime Rib dinner. We say Thank You for cooking our entire dinner. Also thanks to our helper from Oxnard Lodge for making our party a success. Our regular cooks Mike Stalsworth and John Nelson had prior engagements. Our remodeling is moving along a little slower with the holidays. Ray Rangel finished rolling the sealer on the roof and the city gave us the ok on the finished inspection. Lawrence Badgett has just about completed the outside painting, a few more touchups like the trim on the doors and he will be done. We had a major plumbing problem in the kitchen which is now repaired. Repairs, remodeling and painting never seem to stop. When we work together things get done. Have a positive attitude and support the lodge.

We have a special membership promotion again that will run from January through April which is the $0 application fee. When signing up a new member the cost is only $45 which is a year's dues. For the WOTM the cost is only $25.

Let's have a good year and enjoy the lodge.

I hope you all enjoyed a Happy Holiday season. Well time to get to work and return this fraternity to a prosperous and enjoyable place to be. Let's make a New Year's resolution and work together and start anew. Let's increase our membership and get involved by attending general membership meetings. We have these meetings so that you can bring up any issues or concerns you may have with your lodge.

Beginning on January 1 and ending on April 30th is the $0 application fee which means that signing a member is a better deal than ever. It is only $45 the cost of a year's dues to join. Don't hesitate to sign up new members. Remember that signing and enrolling 2 members by April 15th guarantees that you will receive next year's dues for FREE!

Happy New Year to All!

I hope you all had a great holiday and spent some time with family and friends. As much as I enjoy the holidays I am glad they are over. Taco Tuesday will resume on January 10th, so please be sure to read your calendars for Taco Tuesday specials. Jan 12th will bhe the Educational Awareness Committee Activity Night. All coworkers are welcome to attend. There will be a light dinner and gift of love drawings. The meeting starts at 6:30pm.

The Oxnard WOTM are offering specials for renewing your dues in order to assist us in meeting our membership goals. The cost of renewing is now only $20 vice $25. If your dues are past due please give them to an officer or the Recorder or mail to the chapter at PO Box 2647, Oxnard, CA 93034-2647.

The cost to join the WOTM is now only $20 for the next 4 months. The application fee has been waived through April 30th and we have lowered our dues to only $20 in order to earn our honors for this chapter year. Please encourage your family and friends to join us and help me and other coworkers to earn our honors. I thank you in advance for helping! Remember too that if you sign and enroll 2 members before April 15th you will earn a free year's dues!

Now is the time to take this opportunity and enjoy your lodge. We anticipate great things happening.
